Our Recommendation: Try Free First

The Free version of PyNoteFlow includes every feature that PRO has — the only difference is a limit on cells and embedded PDF pages. The AI assistant, live annotation, Writing Pad, Jedi autocomplete, and all 40+ themes are all available before you spend a cent.

We strongly encourage you to use the free version on your browser and system before upgrading. This way you know exactly what you're getting — and there are no surprises after payment.

Found a bug on the free version? Email us and we'll fix it. We'd much rather fix the app than process a refund.

1. When We'll Refund You

If PyNoteFlow doesn't work as described on your system and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, we'll refund you in full — no fuss.

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with a description of the problem. We'll always try to fix the issue first (most problems are solved within 24 hours), and if we can't, your refund is processed without argument.

2. EU Customers — Your Statutory Right

If you're in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. However, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, this cooling-off period does not apply once a digital product has been delivered and made available to you.

By downloading, installing, or activating PyNoteFlow PRO, you acknowledge that the product has been delivered and you expressly agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right, as the software is considered accessed from that point.

If you purchased PRO and have not yet accessed or activated it, you may still cancel within 14 days — just email us at contact@hh-globals.com.

3. What We Don't Refund

• Change of mind after the product works correctly on your system
• Purchases where the free version was already tested and confirmed working
• Misuse, sharing of license keys, or attempts to crack or sideload the app
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase (outside EU statutory rights)

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@hh-globals.com with:

• The email address used at purchase
• Your Paddle order or transaction ID (from your receipt email)
• A brief description of the issue you ran into

We reply within 1 business day. If your refund is approved, Paddle processes it within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

5. Payments & Billing

All PyNoteFlow PRO payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd., who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle manages payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing on our behalf. For billing questions you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com.

6. After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your PRO license is deactivated and your account returns to the free tier. You can keep using PyNoteFlow for free — no hard feelings.
